How to receive sent mail from my ISP (frontiernet) mailbox?

When working on another computer without Outlook I use the Web service of my
ISP (frontiernet). I have 'sent' messages in the ISP mailbox which I would
like to have downloaded in my outlook mailbox.

CC yourself when you send messages. You can't download anything but items in
your inbox using POP mail.
