Save as, type a different file name, in files of type, expand to Publisher template.
The Publisher templates are in a folder similar to this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates (hidden folder)
Find the original file in the folder and delete it if you want it gone.
