How to save imbedded graphics in emails?

The Reeve Family

I use Outlook 2000 and would like from time to time to be able to save an
imbedded graphic. I right click>save picture and get the choice of .bmp. I
would like to be able to save an animated .gif file as a gif and retain the
animation. Any help out there?
