Outlook 2000 (and other versions) allows me to look at the messages in an
ISP mailbox and leave copies in that mailbox. This is important to a
particular need I have. But Outlook does not allow me to look at ALL the
messages in the mailbox. My need is to have Outlook always show ALL the
messages in the ISP mailbox.
Outlook apparently keeps a list of previously-displayed mailbox messages,
and matches this with the current ISP mailbox content. From this comparison,
I get to see only the new messages.
Is there some way to disable the addition of messages to this list? Or to
purge the list on command? Or at least when Outlook starts?
I have multiple mailboxes where I need to implement this - if I can. There
might be multiple lists.
Or is there some other way to do what I want?
Thoughts? Thanks.
