how to send to a group

without entering each person's email address into my
Contacts database, I'd like to send out a group email that
doesn't show 200 email addresses in the header. I have
the email addresses (school parents) entered in XL, and in
a CSV file, and also in the "To" field of an email, but
i'd like them all to be in a personal distribution list.
I can't figure out how to import them all into one
distribution list. pleaes help me, thanks! BB
