How to set start times for individual tasks

I am using Project 2003 to analyse room bookings and staff resources required
for a training center.

With about 250 tasks(courses) I would like to set different start and finish
times for these tasks. Some courses are only for a 1/2 day so we may have a
task in the same resource(classroom) for the AM and PM. PJ2003 is displaying
these as a clash.

Any ideas out there besides setting up an individual calendar for every
start/finish option?

Hi SuzanneD,

You can change the display of Start and Finish information to include times
as well as dates. Choose Tools > Options. Select the view tab and select a
Date Format from the drop down list that includes time.
