Hello Catherine,
You can create your own template and include the author and company
information. Many organizations have templates which include a
calendar with the standard holidays for the company as well as altered
settings (Showing project summary task, disabling automatically add
new resources and tasks, etc.).
To create a template, simply save a project file as a template file.
If the project file has been saved, choose File > Save As and select
the file type of template.
The Author of the project file is also easy to change, it's the "User
Name" on the General tab of the Tools > Options dialog box.
