Here we go again. Recently there have been a couple of posts asking if
Project can work with non-standard calendars. My fellow MVPs and I
differ on the answer and we have been discussing this very issue in
recent posts on this newsgroup.
The simple answer is "no" but the real answer is "yes" depending on what
you are willing to do. The only way to get Project to provide
non-standard calendar data is by gathering the basic data from Project,
translating it to the non-standard calendar format and exporting it to
another application, such as Access or Excel.
The method I use for doing the translation and exporting is VBA. If you
do not have VBA experience but are interested in this approach, you may
contact me direct.
