How to set up contacts in Outlook 2003 from CD exported from 2000

I have created a CD file from Outlook 2000 on my old computer and now wish to
Import that file to Outlook 2003 on my new computer but it will not allow me
to access the Cd file

Copy the file to your hard drive and remove the Read-Only attribute from the
file.

And do NOT import. Use File>Open>Outlook Data File.
