How to setup outlook so when you click on icon to start, 2nd outl.

How do I setup the Outlook Start parms in the Outlook startup, so that a 2nd
Outlook session will automatically start with the Calender coming up?

Create a shortcut using the /select switch as shown here:

You can create a new Windows Toolbar with as many of these shortcuts as you
like - it comes in handy.
