how to share

Is it possible to share a file with someone at differnt provider. We just
started a newsletter for our group and it would be helpful at times to share
the input of articles. One has publisher 2002 and the other 2003. We are
both new at this.

Thank you
Ruthe

1) Not sure what you mean by "different provider".

2) Convert to PDF (if you don't know how to do that - STFW -
http://groups.google.com).

A rare occurrance, but Ms Cake is in COMPLETELY the wrong ballpark.

a) "Different provider" is explained in the rest of the message.
b) The OP implies that the INPUT of article needs to be shared between
Publisher 2002 and Publisher 2003. Using PDF would completely prevent this.
c) Publisher 2002 can open Publisher 2003 with very little if any formatting
loss, without the need for a Save As.

Pay no attention to Evadne Cake. She gets her kicks treating others poorly

No formatting loss might I add. At least the team says they haven't been
able to reproduce any formatting loss.

I believe empty picture frames disappear when a publication is opened in
2002 - but then reappear when it is reopened in 2003 after saving in 2002.
That's all I've been able to find.

Empty picture frames carry over to 2002 as well.

Fair enough.
Last time I tested that was with Publisher 2002 SP1 and Publisher 11 Beta 2.
Things have obviously changed since then :)
