Which version of Word?

"Sign" in what manner? Inserting a graphic? A digital
signature? Something else?

You will need to create a graphic from your (handwritten) signature using a
scanner, or if you have a tablet PC, using the Tablet pen. Once you have the
graphic and it is adjusted to the correct size, save it as an AutoText entry
for fast insertion.
