How to stop a continuous "mail delivery message"?

I was receiving a very large e-mail message, so I put a limit on the size
but it keeps coming up each time I begin using my e-mail. The message says,
"Mail Delivery Error-The message was too large (message size is 3.71
MBytes). Anyone know how to stop it?

I'm using Outlook 2000.

Okay. False alarm. This problem existed for about four days, but when I
posted this message on this newsgroup, using Outlook Express, I happened to
notice there was mail in the inbox of OE. It contained the entire message
that Outlook stopped with the "Mail Delivery Message". Anyone know what
happened?
