How to stop Word from always asking to load Office Assistant?

Everytime I draft an email in Outlook 2000, a pop-up alert says that Word is
unable to load Office Assistant and asks if I want to load it. If I wanted
it on, I would have turned it on! I'm not sure which program is asking -
Outlook, Word, etc?? How do I stop Office 2000 from asking the question?

Oopps...just realized which machine I am on. This problem is on the computer
that has Windows XP and Office XP (not Office 2000, sorry.) All the MS apps
are XP. Thanks for the help correcting my error. - Joe

Typically this message is encountered when you have more than one
version of Office installed. If you're certain you are only using
Office XP applications then first try using "Detect and Repair" found
under the Help menu in any of the applications.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
