how to sync outlook pst with network folder pst

Hi
Guys I am using Outlook 2003 with pst which is copied on my laptop, I
want this pst to be backed up on our network folder regularly while
using outlook.

If you are aware of any such reliable utilities please let me know

Have you looked at the Personal Folders Backup utility Microsoft has at http://office.microsoft.com?
