How to tie tasks to project length in relative way?

HI,

suppose I have a schedule, and it takes X days duration (say 100).

Now I want to allocate a task that goes for the duration of the project.

How do I refer to the end date without creating a constraint for that end
date - I want it to go to the finish date of the last 'real' task in the
schedule?
