Project 03, want to turn on a column with a "Completed" checkbox but do not
want the percentages to be involved, just is it completed or not?

All help files refer to the percentage options.

Thx!

Hi FishyMark,

You have a couple of options:

1. The indicator column shows a blue check mark if the task is complete.
This is based on the task being 100% complete (sorry -- 100% complete is
one of the ways that Project gauges whether a task is complete.)

2. You could create a custom field with a formula which tests whether
the task is 100% complete and if so, show a graphic indicator. Insert a
custom text field (Text1) in a table. Customize the field with the
following formula:

IIf([% Complete]=100,Yes,No).
In the customize fields dialog box, after entering the formula, click
the Graphical indicators button. In the first row:
Test equals
Value -1
Image select one of your liking

You may also want to select the option in the Customize dialog box next
to Calculation for task and group summary rows to Use formula.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Julie
