I am using MS Word 2003.
Whenever I use to print an envelope I used to get a dialog box that told me
to put an envelope in the manual feeder of my printer. One day I told it not
to show me that box anymore.
How can I tell MS Word to restore that box because not only will it not show
me the dialog box to manually feed an envelope - the box will not come up
when I what to manually feed any other type of form as well.
