how to uninstall a plugin on a single button click

I created a plug in for outlook which works in all versions.Menus
and toolbars are added in outlook with this plugin.When clicking one of the
menu bar item a Windows form is displayed.I am having a button in this form
and while clicking on this button i need to uninstall this plugin .

Any one Please help me......
