how to write chinese using office 2000?

I am using window xp with office 2000. I have set up the keyboard with
chinese function. I can now read Chinese but can't write it. What other
pack(s) do I need? I know I need to run something as "speech" or "writing"
from my computer but couldn't figure out how to do it. Thanks.
