html code disppears

I am using FrontPage 2003. For some reason when I go to
view my html code in html mode, almost all the code is
gone even though the page looks good in normal and
preview mode. When I close out the page and open it, all
but the bottom border is gone. This appears to be only
happening with one frontpage web.
