html code to create vCard?

Is there html code to create a hyperlink so that a vCard is created in
Outlook 03, similar to how the mailto: tag automatically creates an
email when the hyperlink is clicked?

Yes, but you'll probably think the answer is too trivial: Include a hyperlink to a saved (or generated by the web site) vCard .vcf file.
