HTML email via Outlook 2002

I've create a nice HTML page that I'd like to make an HTML email. How do I
copy in the HTML code? When I try to paste it I get the code as the email
and not the HTML page??? What do I do?

Presumably by "HTML page" you mean you have an .htm[l] file. Open Internet
Explorer and load the HTML file using the File -> Open menu, then use its
File -> Send -> Page by e-mail.
