Hyperlink defaults to drive letter?

Hello All,
Is it change Office 2003 products from hyperlinking to drive letters to
server names by default?

Currently when I hyperlink it defaults to drive letters, which of course
makes them useless to people who drives mapped differently.. I would like to
change default hyperlinking such as:

H:\logs\

to

\\servername\volume\logs

Thanks for any help. It is driving me bonkers!

Try "edit hyperlink" it should change for you.
