I do not like using frames, so I opt for tables to
organize content within my pages. I would like to be
able to click on a link at the top of my page (like a
button hyperlinked to a jpeg) and then have it open in a
cell or table near the middle, keeping my look and feel
of the page static, but allowing the content to change in
the open table. Any ideas?

Well... not sure how you would do that without frames... but you may want to
try to use an inline frame.

Hi Michael,

Use an iframe in the cell then target to the name of the iframe
