Hyperlink to a Directory in an Access 2007 Report

Is this possible? Can I create a hot link in an Access (2007) report.
I have found one poster saying that this isn't possible. I am able to
store & retrieve the hyperlink without any problem. I am also able to
display it in the report. But the link is "for display only".

reports controls don't have associated events, so no... reports are
all "for display only".
