Hyperlink to an .exe not working

This should be an easy one but im having a hard time finding the solution.

Root folder has the Publisher page along with select .exe programs - I have
an autorun.inf setup so when the ISO loads it goes right to the webpage. The
hyperlink to the .exe's are not working, path is not right. \\program is not
working.

What should the path be?
