Hyperlink to book mark on other page

I would like to establish a hyperlink on my website that
goes to a specific bookmark on another page. How, oh how
can this be done?

Open the page w/ the bookmark in it
Then open the page you are adding the link to, and
Insert Hyperlink - select the other page & the bookmark option
