hyperlink to open new window but without toolbars

[GTX_SlotCar]

I'm using FP2000. I can open a new page with a hyperlink and have it open as
a new window. What I'd like to do is have the new window open up without
it's
toolbar and navigation bar displayed. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
