Hyperlink?

Hi,

I need to create a link between a piece of text in a Word
document, and a specific location on an Excel spreadsheet.

So, when I click on a person's name in my Word document,
it takes me to the cell address where their data is stored.

I can get the hyperlink to work from the Word doc to the
spreadsheet (cell A1), but not sure how to tell it to go
to a particular location in the spreadsheet.

Hi Julie,
Did you ever get an answer to your question, if you got an answer
somewhere else could you post the answer here. If not post what
you used in Word and perhaps we can help you address a specific
cell in Excel. Possibly something like
h:\excel2k\testng2k.xls#sheet3!a1
It might present problems with file already open, even if it works.
