Hyperlink

I have a many pictures on my web site that have been
sized smaller for speed of loading. I would like them to
have the option to click on the picture and should a
larger view. I have done this but it opens a window with
all tool bars. I would like the window to be smaller so
it just show the picture.

How do I do this?
