reinstalled outlook 2000 after a crash and now nothing
happens when I click a hyperlink to a web site. Tried
holding done shift key as "help" advised...nothing
happens. Any ideas?

Reset your Internet Explorer settings helps in most cases. If you also have
a pop-up blocker you could start by disabling this and see if that resolves
your issue. Note that the Google toolbar also holsd a pop-up blocker.

Open IE and go to tools>internet options>programs>reset

web settings...
