Hi,

I want to create a mail that have links:

Department 1
Department 2
....

When people click on "Department 1", I want an Excel file
to open containing several sheets, one for each
department, and people to come directly to "their sheet".
How is this done?

Although this is beyond the scope of this newsgroup;
-select and copy the first cell on the sheet you want to link to
-rightclick on an empty space on the Desktop and choose Paste as Shortcut

You can then use these shortcuts for your e-mail
