I have successfully hyperlinked from a cell in Excel to a
Visio file. Does anyone know how to link to a specific
shape within the Visio file?

The hyperlink can include page, shape, and zoom percent.
Ex: http: //MyServer/MyDrawing.vsd#Page-2/Sheet.1?zoom=100

Visio will display the page, center the shape, and zoom to the given percent
(but will not select the shape).
