Hyperlinked images - New Window for Webpage links?

I did not have a problem with Producer 2002 in hyperlinking webpages from
clipart images in PP. I am consistently having difficulties with Producer
2003 though. When the image is selected, the website opens within the same
IE window. Thus, when you close IE, you close the Producer module. If you
select "Back", it goes to the splash screen and you start over again.

Why isn't the link opening in second window? What can I do to make that
happen?

You might want to try the Producer NG.
