Hyperlinks in a Word Document

I have a word document in which there are numerous hyperlinks, which I
need to remove.
Can anyone suggest how can I remove them without having to go through
the laborious process of removing each one separately?

Open the document, press Ctrl+A to select all, and press Ctrl+Shift+F9
to convert ALL fields to text. WARNING: Ctrl+Shift+F9 converts ALL
fields in the selected text, not just hyperlink fields.
