Hyperlinks in Outlook wont open the Opera Browser

Hi,

A user of ours prefers to use Opera as his default Browser. However when he
receives a Hyperlink per email (Using Outlook 2002) the link wont start
Opera (or IE).

The user has also informed me that hyperlinks will also not open from other
programs such as Adobe, Word etc. The user also uninstalled Opera and the
links wouldn't open in IE.

Where and how can I set or correct this ?

Windows Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->File Types.
