Hyperlinks in Word XP - problem

User has a hyperlink in a document that goes to
http://www.qmrinc.com/bestplaces/ and in the 5 computers
we tested on so far, all but 1, get page can't be
displayed when Cntrl+clicking on the link. BUT if we
press enter, on the link while it is in Internet Explorer
(6.0) it comes right up. I can see in IE, that the actual
page appears to be
www.qmrinc.com/bestplaces/english/sidebar.asp , but going
to that link directly, takes me to just a blue page.

We've had one user who can get directly to the page from
Word XP. I logged in to her computer, tried the link and
could not get to it, which suggests to me an account
setting.

Any suggestions?

My experience with following such links in Word is that Word doesn't honor
redirects (REFRESH commands) on pages.
