Hyperlinks on Project

I am using Project 2003, which is linked to a project server. The Project
Files I have established have hyperlinks to pdf documents within the same
folder. I tried to send out my Project folder using WinZip and a Password.
The problem is, when the recipients opened the file, the hyperlinks no
longer worked. Can anyone help?

HI,

One way is to Select File, Properties and enter a Hyperlink base address
that provides the path to your main folder.

When your user unzips the files, they should edit the base address to match
their folder.

Since Project creates relative hyperlinks based on the Hyperlink base
address the links should still work.
