Hyperlinks - publish to Acrobat

Publisher 2003, Acrobat 7.

I set up hyperlinks to websites and email addresses in my Publisher
document, but when "printing" to Acrobat they do not come out as
hyperlinks - just regular text. Any way to force this through, or do I need
to re-set them in Acrobat?

Are you printing to Adobe PDF, or are you using the PDFMaker add-in for
Publisher?
