Hyperlinks to JPEGs

When opening a JPEG with an Access hyperlink the picture opens
with Microsoft Photo Editor where my default choice set in Windows Explorer
is Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Is there any way to force opening with my
chosen default?

I did have the same experience!!
I don't think you are able to change it since it has to be open by PhotoEditor
I have tried so many times and different ways, but still don't work
