Hyplerlinking to Outlook Calendar

I know you can create a hyperlink like
outlook:calendar and that brings up YOUR calendar.

I also know you can create a hyperlink like
outlook:contact/~Name and that brings up the contact for that name.

So, by extrapolation, I would expect to be able to
outlook:calendar/~Name BUT it doesn't seem to work!

How can I hyperlink to a Public Outlook Calendar?????

Please help
