I accidentally saved my document and want the last version.

I didn't save a backup and I saved a document with new changes but I want the
document I had saved yesterday, or at least the one from 12 hours ago. It
was a mistake. Can you help?

If you still have it open, press UNDO repeatedly. Otherwise, you're out of
luck.

If you have "Always create backup copy" enabled on the Save tab of Tools |
Options, you can drop back to "Backup of <filename>.wbk." Otherwise, you now
know why this option is a good idea.
