I am having problems with the default column settings.

For some unknown reason, all new documents open with two columns and I know
of no way to change this. I mean, I can change it everytime I start a new
document, but I'm trying to get the default to only have one column.

Please Ignore This Question As I Have Corrected The Problem Thanks To An
Earlier Posting That I Missed Previously.
