I am not able to send a publication as an email message, help?

I am trying to send a document that I have created in Publisher as an email
message. When I go to the File menu then down to send email, I don't have
the option "send as an email message" I only have "send as an attachment."
Does anyone know why I am not able to do this?

1. What version of Publisher are you using?
2. What version of Outlook are you using?
3. What version of Outlook Express are you using?
4. What is set as your default email client?

Publisher requires Outlook or Outlook Express to be set as your default
email client (Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Programs tab.
Certain versions of Publisher require certain versions of Outlook Express or
Outlook.

Publisher 2002 requires Outlook Express 5.0 or newer. Outlook 2002 or newer.
Publisher 2003 requires Outlook Express 5.0 or newer. Outlook 2003 or newer.

What version of Pub are you using...I think the older versions ( I know 2000) only has the option to send as an attachment (actually it's not an 'option' - it's just the only way from Send)
