I am operating on M E cannot open up documents in word.

We cannot seem to open Microsoft word. If we go to documents and highlight
a title if the title is in word it freezes, computer works if title is
somewhere else. Go to start bring up programs highlight Microsoft word and
computer freezes. Have to use hard shut down to reset. Word Seems to be
only thing not working all other Microsoft titles open.
