I am unable to see any pictures or line boarders in all my publisher
documents, both past and present publications. What do I need to do to solve
this problem?

I'd suggest updating your video drivers. When I first installed Pub 2002 on
my system, I couldn't see lines either. I searched the newsgroup and found
that several other people had weird graphics issues and the suggestion was
always "Update your drivers". I thought "Pbbt! That's not it but what the
heck..."

That was it. Darned if Brian and Ed didn't know what they were talking
about.
