I can no longer convert office files i.e. word and excel into 95

Drew

I am currently using Office 2003, my problem is this new version of office no
longer has the option to convert files into Office 95 format. I can no longer
able to convert office files i.e. word and excel into 95 format. I still have
lots of customers using Office 95 and it is becoming a real inconvenience.
Help!

Let's say that you are using Word 2003...

Go to File->Save As
In the "Save as type", choose *Word97-2003 & 6.0/95 - RTF (*.doc)

Are you sure your receiver knows what they are doing? I don't say to be
mean - some people really are clueless about computers. Even something as
simple as opening a Word file can be a challenge.

Office 95 has a notorious problem opening/reading files saved in versions
after 95.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
