i can not access inbox

i believe i have a corrupted email, this morning my email worked fine but now i can not access the inbox. when i attempt to do so i get the message that outlook must stop and it asks me to send an error message to microsoft which i have done. i can access sent mail, deleted mails and drafts. it is only when accessing the inbox when i have problem. how can i clear the inbox so this corrupt email can be removed. thanks.

I'm not sure it would be corrupted email. I have this

problem sometimes and if you shut down your computer and
start over it should work when you start back up. If you
have a router try and unplug the internet connection for
a minute or so plug it back in and see if that works.
