I can not download any 97 Office templates

I wanted to download an excel template from the Microsoft Download screen.
If the instructions say for 97 or higher, my excel can not open the template.
If the instructions say 2000 or higher, my excel can open it.

Actually, don't answer that here. You'll have better luck if you post your
question (including your version of Excel) in one of the Excel newsgroups.
